The hotel and its staff are good, but be careful with Usman Muhammad, an agent renting out rooms here. He's currently renting room 107. He keeps demanding rent in advance and doesn't return security deposits to anyone. The hotel management knows, but hasn't taken action because he pays them good commission. He puts 12-15 people in each apartment, and when you complain, he tells you to vacate. In my view, he's a fraud who cheats all his tenants.

I stayed there recently, and it felt like a home, with all the facilities available. The place is very good, and the management and staff were cooperative. Ms Joyota and Mr Ariful from Security were superb, always ready to help. Highly recommended.

On Christmas night we paid for the room, then they made us pay another 100 per visitor, per head. When we asked why, we got no proper response from the Agoda site, and the hotel management behaved badly. We didn't want to ruin the night, so we paid the extra charges. That wasn't the end of it. I called to ask for basic shower items, shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, slippers, and an extra blanket. Security brought three slippers for five people. When I asked about the other things, he started asking unnecessary questions, and in the end we got nothing. This was my experience at Al raya hotel apartment, one of the worst hotel stays I've had anywhere in the UAE.

The rooms are plush, the staff and housekeeping are excellent, and there’s a rooftop pool, spa, gourmet dining, concierge service, and a luxury shuttle. Being near Burjuman centre makes it convenient, too. Al raya hotel apartments Al mankhol feels serene and luxurious, but it’s expensive 😅

I’m back at AL RAYA HOTEL APTM for the second time this month, and those warm, fresh vibes are why it feels like a second home. Everyone here has such a kind heart. The staff are polite and courteous, and MS JOYITA at the front desk is especially helpful and humble. I’m sure I’ll keep coming back.
