Cheval Maison - The Palm Dubai

I had a great stay, with excellent service from the moment I arrived. The rooms were excellent, and the reception team was welcoming and professional. barsha ahmed and Youssef went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Their friendly manner, attention to detail, and quick help made a real difference. I highly recommend the hotel for its hospitality and service.

The team made me feel right at home, especially Chan, Nobert, and Solbin. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, and the service was top-notch. Everything about my stay felt perfect. I have two small suggestions for management: a little more variety at breakfast and the option to rent European plug adapters. Those would make an already 10/10 stay flawless. I’ll definitely come back!

Cheval Maison in Dubai felt like a high-quality, reliable place to stay, and we’d happily return and recommend it. The modern apartment was spacious, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Stylish but practical interiors and a calm, thoughtfully arranged atmosphere made it comfortable. The location is excellent for getting around the city, and having the mall next door is superb. Service was professional and attentive throughout. Miss Barsha at reception was very helpful, as were the rest of the staff, including Ali at the valet.

At Cheval Maison – The Palm, the apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Having a washing machine in the apartment made things even more convenient. We had a wonderful stay in Dubai and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a comfortable, high-quality apartment with great service.
