Al Waleed Palace Hotel Apartments Bur Dubai

My son's wristwatch was left at the hotel. We had already returned to India when we realized it was missing, so we called. The staff confirmed they had found it and kept it safe. They were honest about it, and I’m grateful to everyone, especially Mr Shahi. 🙏🏻

The hotel is in a superb spot, close to different food options and a supermarket, with easy access from Dubai airport and other places. I stayed seven nights and had a good experience.

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and neat, and I was impressed by the facilities, especially the pool. Mr.Shahi, Althia, & Asha were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, while still being very professional. Check-in went smoothly, and the hospitality continued throughout my stay. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it for comfort, convenience, and great service.

We spent three weeks here as a family, and checking out honestly felt like leaving home. At Al Waleed Holiday Homes, everything was clean and well cared for, from our spacious room and comfortable bedding to the daily housekeeping. It had all the amenities we needed for a long stay. The front desk welcomed us warmly, made check-in easy, and stayed polite and helpful whenever we needed something. Every staff member we met was attentive, smiling, and seemed to care about our comfort. We really appreciated that level of hospitality. The location was convenient for shops, restaurants, and attractions, while still feeling peaceful. We had a fantastic stay and will come back on our next visit. I’d recommend Al Waleed Holiday Homes for either a short trip or a longer stay. Thanks to the whole team for making it so memorable.
