The beach was the only part I found acceptable, but it couldn’t make up for the rest. The hotel was old, miserable, and smelly, and the staff didn’t seem to know English, so unless you speak Russian, communication is difficult. The meals were terrible and repetitive. Breakfast was the same every day, while lunch and dinner offered only the same fish, pasta, and tasteless potatoes. Drinks were limited too, with two juices, tea, and coffee in the morning, and only tea and coffee at lunch and dinner. There wasn’t even water. We paid in advance for seven days of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. After checkout, they still charged us for lunch, even though dinner was the first meal we ate after checking in. It felt like they cared more about taking money than their clients.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful sea view, while the reception team made check-in easy and were always willing to help. The beach was another highlight, with white sand and clear water. There was also a wide selection of delicious dishes, and it was obvious the chefs had put effort into them. With the facilities, amenities, and service all being so good, our stay at Sharjah Carlton Hotel felt perfect. I’d strongly recommend it for a relaxing, luxurious getaway.

We at Active Furniture movers have visited many times. The hotel works well for visitors, especially people using our services for moving boxes, packing, unpacking, and transportation.

Jayaseelan at reception behaved very badly. He was ignorant, aggressive, and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. He never smiled at guests, always looked angry, and replied late. I recommend not visiting this hotel.
