We’re now into a second week without air conditioning, and management keeps saying it’s being fixed. Indoor temperatures have reached 45°C (113°F), so it’s been almost impossible to sleep, relax, or stay inside during the day. An AC repair shouldn’t take a day, let alone two full weeks. The living conditions are unbearable, and the excuses have gone on too long. I strongly advise against this apartment unless you’re comfortable living in extreme heat without proper support from management.

For 100 AED a month, this is the cheapest gym on the 8th floor in Al Rigga.

Rooms are decent for bachelors and reasonably priced. Three people share a room, while the bathrooms and kitchens are shared between two or three rooms. Cleaning is average to good. The location is the best part, right by Union metro, with public transport connections across Dubai.

I walked by and went in to reserve ten rooms for COP28 delegates, with a chance of booking more before the date. The receptionist was nice, and I asked him to send the rates. I messaged twice on WhatsApp, he read them but didn’t reply. I’m sure the manager or whoever didn’t want to give them to me because I’m African and looked very simple 😀😀. When you have money, you don’t beg or waste time when there are plenty of other options!! PROUD TO BE AFRICAN!!!
