With chaos and uncertainty all around us during the first days of the bombings, the whole team showed what real care looks like. A young Moroccan gentleman at the front desk especially made sure we had somewhere to stay when we arrived and there were no rooms left. He kept helping and reassuring us throughout our visit, always calm and available. We'll remember him. Thank you to him and the entire staff. People like that shape a hotel's reputation far more than its star rating.

Mhar Bacani made breakfast feel welcoming from the moment we arrived, greeting us with a smile and a kind manner. Even during the busy hours, Mhar stayed patient, upbeat, and professional, keeping tables tidy and checking that guests had what they needed. Shivam really made the experience for us. When our kids felt unwell from the weather change, he checked on them, and when the menu didn't have suitable choices, he worked with the chefs to prepare food for us and the kids. It was delicious. The room was clean and had the advertised amenities, and check-in was easy, with the front desk making us comfortable as we travelled with kids from UK. A big thank you to Shivam and his team. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to families.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and roomier than I expected. Check-in was easy thanks to a friendly, kind team, and orders from room service arrived promptly. It felt like the staff cared about guests. A really warm stay, happy to recommend.

Small issues can come up anywhere, and Mr. Shivam handled each one I brought to him quickly and effectively. He communicated clearly and made me feel listened to and cared for, which helped turn my stay into a positive experience. I'm happy with the hotel overall, but wanted to recognize him in particular.
