Dominic at reception made check-in smooth and quick, and I'm grateful for his efficiency. The location is excellent, and this won't be my last visit. Room service was available all day, and requests arrived quickly. The staff were all polite, courteous, and cooperative. Truly one of the best Aloft Hotels.

The clean, comfortable rooms were well kept and had the basic amenities I needed. The hotel feels modern and lively, and the staff were professional, friendly, and ready to help. Getting to nearby attractions and transport was convenient. A good option for business or leisure if you want comfort, service, and a contemporary feel. I'd consider staying again.

At 00:24 on Sunday, the construction was still going. The rooms are acceptable and the staff were friendly, but the noise makes this a poor place to rest right now. Work around the hotel is especially noisy at night, a bit quieter during the day, and the sound insulation is poor enough that you can hear almost all of it. Once the construction is finished, it may be a much more peaceful option.

We've been coming here for years; it's our comfort place. It's not super new, but they really look after the rooms and the place has a vibe we love. The housekeeping team is lovely, especially the amazing men Jaman, Ahmed, Abdullah, Jafor Ahmed, and forgive me if I've missed anyone. Wishing them so many good things and promotions.

Mr. Syed Uzair made our stay memorable by going out of his way to help book a room and make my wife's birthday celebration extra special. He was really nice and helpful. We had an amazing stay at Aloft Hotel Dubai, and I highly recommend it.
