Poor maintenance and no pest control, with insects everywhere. The fire alarms go off randomly more than three times a week. I wouldn’t recommend this for a rental or Airbnb.

I enjoyed touring this new JVC project with the high-quality sales team. The showhome is well styled and finished, and the prices seem good for the quality.

Affordable, and the receptionist is very helpful. There’s no swimming pool.

The apartments are amazing, the maintenance is great, security is good, and the gym is good too.
