Keane at reception/concierge made us feel welcome right away. He was so helpful when we arrived, answered all our questions, and his friendly, professional manner put our concerns at ease and got our stay off to a smooth start. Thanks again, Keane. We had a fantastic honeymoon at Andaz Palm by Hyatt. The hotel was extremely clean, and its Palm location was perfect, so close to Nakheel Mall. The Level 14 pool and gym were a real highlight, the valet service was excellent throughout, and breakfast had a huge range of impressive, quality options each morning.

The staff at the restaurant in Andaz Dubai The Palm were friendly and welcoming, and clearly did their best to help us during breakfast with friends today. We liked the modern, stylish design and pleasant atmosphere, and the food was average but acceptable, if not especially memorable. The range of food was more limited than we expected, and the restaurant didn’t seem well organized or prepared for the number of guests. Delays made the meal less relaxing, and it was hard for the staff to keep everyone comfortable while it was so busy, even though they worked hard and stayed professional. Better preparation and organization at busy times could make the experience much better. Thanks to the team for their efforts and service.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt relaxing and luxurious. Andaz is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff really made our stay special. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with a smile. The service was excellent from check-in through check-out, and the team went above and beyond to make things comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Andaz for its hospitality and memorable stay, and would definitely return.

Everyone was warm, welcoming, and efficient at Andaz Dubai The Palm. The service was excellent, the location convenient, and the pool absolutely beautiful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Ashish, sultan and Asim helped us at check-in and check out and with our bags. He was especially kind and helpful. Aushan at La Coco Social also gave us excellent service at dinner. Everything felt smooth, pleasant, and thoughtfully handled. Thanks to the whole team for a memorable stay. We look forward to visiting again!

Sultan at reception was kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Ibrahem, the bellboy, was polite and supportive, and helped us with our luggage. They both made a good experience even better. The staff were welcoming, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was amazing. Everything was well organized, and the service exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Thanks for the great hospitality 🌸
