EMAAR is one of the best buildings, super nice and close to a hotel experience in every way. It’s safe and fully secured, with no bother, parking available, great facilities, and a spot right on the Marina Walk promenade. It has everything you want.

You can get around easily from here, with the metro, tram, supermarkets, hotels, gyms, and mosques all accessible. There’s yacht access too. I really like this lovely waterfront building in the heart of Dubai Marina, with its secure feel, small apartments, and views of the canal and sea.

A lovely place to slow down with a coffee by the water or take an evening walk. The marina is peaceful and well looked after, with a beautiful view of the yachts and Dubai skyline. It feels like a nice escape from the busy city.

The pool is great, and there’s a functional gym, squash and badminton courts, plus two play areas for kids, one indoors and one outside. Emaar Tower is very well placed in Dubai Marina, around a 5-10 minute walk from the beach, JBR, Blue Water, and Marina Mall. Lime scooters and bikes make it easy to get around Marina and JBR quickly, and the metro stations are accessible too.
