The place is kept spotless, thanks to the cleaning crew and pool staff, who work tirelessly and right on schedule. The security staff are tenants like us and don’t want to be bothered. The building has a communal feel, with walls that make you very aware of your neighbors. It’s an amazing city oasis if you can tolerate the constant morning drilling and hammering. These aren’t background sounds, they’re loud enough to shake the walls and make the bed jump. If you enjoy lively shared living, construction noise, and immaculate cleanliness, this could be for you.

The building is well located, with easy access to major transport routes and nearby amenities. There are several facilities for residents, especially an appealing swimming pool. Basement parking is convenient, though spaces may be hard to find at peak times. My impression is positive overall, but some things could still be improved.

It’s a clean, nice place, but there are ants in my apartment. Pest control came, yet they were back within a few days. Guest parking is limited too, and it would be better to have a lot more spaces so people can visit.
