Arabian Dreams Hotel Apartments Apart-hotel

We booked a 2-bedroom apartment for two nights. It was big, furnished, and had all the essentials, but the place felt quite old. We paid a lot more than expected because there were charges we hadn't been told about before arriving. A renovation would help, even just replacing the tiles and repainting the walls. There's no restaurant on-site, and the room service pamphlets list extra delivery charges. The portions are very small for the high prices, so ordering from Noon or Talabat is honestly better. The stay was average, though I'd still recommend it to budget travelers because the price is reasonable and commuting from there is easy.

A nice apartment hotel, with big, spacious rooms and a well equipped kitchen. It had an induction cooktop, microwave oven, fridge, and washing machines. There were vegetarian restaurants nearby too.

Getting a taxi nearby isn't easy, so I'd suggest using apps like bolt and careem. There are vegetarian Indian restaurants close by, which helped make up for the property having no restaurant. The travel desk was good for sightseeing bookings, and the staff, who seem to be all from India, were very helpful. We had a spacious 1BR with a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a nice balcony for sitting outside or drying clothes.

The check-in was brisk, and the security chap Mr Oli was extremely helpful with my bags. But the rooms clearly show aging and wear. The AC only made noise and didn't work, and there was no hot water even after switching it on. I stayed one night because the other Star hotel was fully booked for the weekend. What a mediocre property from Club Mahindra in the heart of Dubai. I wish the Mahindra management team would spend a day, or even a few hours, identifying the issues. Avoid this property if you can.
