DO NOT RECOMMEND I stayed from February 28, 2026 to April 28, 2026. Responses were consistently slow and the service was extremely poor. The rent felt unreasonable and changed from month to month: AED 7,500 for February, then AED 6,500 in March, during a conflict period when many similar properties had cut their rates significantly. For April, they first offered AED 6,500, then reduced it to AED 5,500 after a lot of back and forth. I decided to leave and found a much nicer place in the premium area of Dubai Hills for just over AED 4,000. Their prices seem disconnected from the market and only came down after prolonged negotiation. A transparent, data-based pricing approach would make more sense. They deducted AED 2,500 from my deposit, allegedly for damage to the lock and paintwork. They hadn’t provided any evidence or photos of the apartment’s condition before I moved in, so those claims are unsubstantiated. The apartment wasn’t properly maintained either. There was a significant buildup of dust when I arrived, and I left it much cleaner than I found it. I even had to buy a new toilet brush because the one provided was unhygienic and in unacceptable condition. I’ve opened a case with consumer rights authorities. To avoid similar problems, I recommend booking through more transparent platforms where pricing, service, and protections are clearer.
