Arabian Park Dubai, an Edge by Rotana Hotel

We were there for 4 nights at Arabian Park by Rotana, celebrating our parents' anniversary and birthday. The team made the occasion special, and Anandita went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was warm, thoughtful, and attentive, helping the celebrations go smoothly and making them memorable. Her genuine care stood out. We're grateful to her and the whole team for their hospitality. The hotel was comfortable, well maintained, and offered great hospitality. Highly recommended, and we'd love to stay again on our next visit to Dubai.

The location made it easy to get around Dubai, and the hotel offered excellent value for money. My room was spacious and comfortable, and everything was spotless. The place is modern, very clean, and well maintained, with a calm, welcoming feel. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. It exceeded my expectations, and I'd definitely stay at Arabian Park Hotel again.

The team looked after us with real care, and all our needs were handled with a smile. Thant was incredible, and I also want to thank the gentlemen in the all-day dining and Cheers Pub, plus the front desk gentleman who kindly printed some documents for me. The food was delicious, our room was modern and clean, and the atmosphere felt pleasant. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. It felt like a 3-star hotel with 5-star service. We would have happily stayed longer, but my workplace is in another part of the city, so we had to move to a different hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Breakfast was amazing, with an international buffet and so many choices that there was definitely something to enjoy. Housekeeping and the service were excellent, too. The reception staff were polite and helpful, and every staff member seemed ready to do their best to make the stay comfortable. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this place.
