This was my second stay at Armada, and it’s still the first place I think of when I’m on vacation. The location is great, the rooms are really aesthetic, and it feels worth the money. The reception, customer service staff, and housekeeping team are all so kind. On my first visit, everyone was attentive and everything was clean. I’ll definitely keep coming back, and I’m happy to recommend it.

The apartment had the basic things I needed and was comfortable. It’s in a fantastic spot, with nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport easy to reach. The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help, which made things comfortable from check-in through check-out. I’d recommend this welcoming, convenient place to stay.

The location was perfect, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Friendly, attentive staff and a delicious breakfast made for a great stay. I couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!

The room was dirty, and the reception staff were extremely rude. They checked our guest out early without our official confirmation. When I asked for the manager’s number so I could make an official complaint, they refused to give it to us. This is the worst service I’ve dealt with in Dubai, and that attitude ruined the guest’s impression of Dubai hospitality. I’ll be making an official complaint about what I consider fraud: checking someone out without approval and not issuing a refund.

There were bugs in the kitchen, and changing rooms unfortunately didn't get rid of them. My engagement ring was stolen by a staff member. I went to the lobby in tears, but nobody helped. For days I kept going back to ask for my ring, and eventually the manager gave me an appointment. I explained what happened, and he knows his staff are robbers but does nothing. A shame. Don't go there, they'll steal everything from you.
