Atlantis The Royal Hotel

The view from our room was lovely, with an unrestricted look out over the Arabian Sea. My children especially loved being able to get to Aquaventure so easily, and we went to the waterpark almost every day. The lobby and grounds get busy in the evenings with diners and influencers, though that adds to the atmosphere. Service was phenomenal from start to finish. The valets were energetic, the front desk welcomed us and checked us in quickly, and guest services handled every need efficiently. Even the ice cream my son ordered at 1am arrived within minutes, and the in-room dining was exceptional. The Royal is one of the best hotels in the world and a top Dubai destination for luxury. We’re grateful to the whole team and look forward to staying again soon.

We loved the pools, and the service there was great. The club also had excellent service, a great complimentary drink selection, and snacks and food throughout the day. Food options were a highlight: dinner at Carbone was enjoyable, we really liked Ling Ling, and the breakfast buffet at Gastronomy had loads of variety and was all really good. The hotel is breathtaking, with beautiful, over-the-top details everywhere. Our one issue was the wait for our room. We arrived around 3:45pm, although check-in was at 3, and it wasn’t ready until almost 5. They gave us resort credit to make up for it, which we appreciated.

The rooms were roomy and beautifully put together, with thoughtful touches for comfort. Even the personal care amenities were a very high standard. Staff were professional, respectful, and attentive, making the whole stay feel welcoming and smooth. Dining was another strong point, with a great choice of restaurants and excellent food and drinks. Atlantis The Royal’s striking architecture, décor, and finishes show clear care for quality and detail. We left with a lasting impression and would gladly return. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Dubai.

My daughter had such a great time in the kids’ club, she didn’t want to leave. Linnet and Jecinta were lovely and so hospitable with our baby. The whole experience at Atlantis the Royal was great, and we can’t wait to be back.
