The pool and courtyard side was a cozy, comfortable place to live. I stayed here for a year and had a great experience, and the building maintenance team were really friendly :)

Horrible experience. This is the worst building and place I’ve ever lived in.

Honestly, the management was the worst. They were rude and didn’t respond. I wouldn’t stay here.

Sleep has become a luxury here. Since I moved in, construction noise from the eight buildings across the canal has been constant, and earplugs don’t keep it out. The foundation drilling feels like it’s going through my brain and heart. Now the new construction by Dar Global across Atira residences is waking me up too. Tonight I was jolted awake at 1 am by the painful noise. I’ve gone downstairs several times to confront the site workers. Today I spoke to a worker moving a large crane without a permit, but he didn’t care. It feels like a total disregard for the rules and residents’ peace. The crews and developer show no respect, working Sundays and every night without consideration. I’ve repeatedly begged them to stop the noise, but nothing has changed. Fifteen people have already moved out because living here is so painful. Despite all the complaints, little has improved, and I’ve reached my breaking point. Another construction site is planned one block away, which will make things even worse. Future residents, beware: unless this noise pollution is fixed, peace of mind will stay out of reach in this environment.
