The room upgrade, complimentary cake, and welcome amenities were such nice surprises. I also appreciated how promptly the IRD team, especially Jek, delivered our food with a smile. Housekeeping was attentive to our requests, and Pam from the operator team answered our calls quickly and professionally. I stayed at Avani+ Palm View for 2 days, and the whole team’s hospitality still stands out. Alvin and Bilal gave us a warm welcome from the concierge team. At check-in, Quennie, Bret, and Rose were smiling and made me feel genuinely welcome. I hope I got everyone’s names right. I won’t forget their kindness and dedication, and I’ll keep coming back. I was meant to have a one day layover in Dubai, but the attacks led me to stay for 3 nights. With so many guests stranded and under pressure, the staff stayed calm, organized, and focused on helping people. The rooms were very clean, and having a kitchenette and washer/dryer was a nice extra. It’s in hard times that the hotel’s service culture really shows. Many thanks to the Avani team for the way they handled things.

Our sea-view room was lovely and comfortable, and Manikantan looked after us with a friendly manner and great attention. Brett at reception was warm, professional, and helpful while checking us in. The valet driver was courteous and made our arrival easy. I’d recommend the hotel to family and friends, and hope to stay again.

The pool was the highlight for me. Its sweeping view of Burj Al Arab was stunning and made the experience memorable. At Avani+ Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites, the rooms were spacious, modern, comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with plenty of variety and consistently good quality. The caring, attentive staff were always ready to help and made the stay feel relaxed and welcoming. I’d happily return and recommend it to people visiting Dubai.
