Supermarkets are close by, parking is good, and Dubai Mall is an easy walk. The property is decent and the location is great.

We waited about 2.5 hours for towels after checking in shortly after 6 pm, even though I had confirmed that morning that the apartment had them. We had just come from the beach, and the delay threw off our evening, so we missed seeing family and friends and ended up having dinner very late. The checkout felt rushed too, with cleaners waiting at the door, despite that long towel wait before we could shower. For a Dubai weekend, it was a really bad experience, and I won't book this apartment again or recommend it. Getting checked in was a long, awkward process, with the details sent bit by bit while it was happening. The partial views of Burj Khalifa and the fountain weren't worth it, especially with Dubai Mall a bit of a walk away. The bathroom needed a deep clean. There was hair in the shower, the floor stayed wet, there were no bath mats, the toilet kept leaking, and bins were missing around the apartment. The washing machine was filthy and unusable. The mattress and pillows were very old.

In Downtown, it's an easy walk to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountains, with a supermarket right outside for everyday needs. The apartments are affordable and good value, with a great Burj Khalifa view and access to amenities like the pool and gym. I'd give them a try if you're visiting Dubai.

The booking manager wasn't pleasant to deal with when I asked for a refund. It took almost a full day of negotiating, and when they agreed, they charged me 550 Euro for one night, which didn't seem fair. The price was outrageous for what I got. I was in Dubai on business for eight days and made a big mistake booking the Bella Vista Room at 29 Boulevard Downtown. The room was old and poorly put together, and there was no cleaning service. Nobody mentioned that when I settled in. Hair was scattered around the room and on the bed, odd stains marked the furniture, and it was so dirty I didn't even feel comfortable walking around barefoot. The sofa and curtains smelled bad, and the carpet had dirty shoe marks and spilled liquid spots. The bathroom was the worst part, with mold everywhere, a dirty floor, and a toilet I wouldn't sit on. I can't recommend this place at all. Think carefully before booking, because I believe you'll be disappointed and waste a lot of money. I've attached plenty of photos so people can see the actual quality of the apartments.
