I moved out of Apartment 713 in Binghatti Lavender on 30 March and handed over the keys as agreed. The landlord said my security deposit would be returned within a month, but despite repeated reminders, follow-ups, and promises to process it, I still haven’t received anything. I’d advise against renting from this landlord.
