Bloomfields Cozy 1BR Binghatti Nova

There are small flies, drain flies and moth flies, all over the bathroom and kitchen. They were already in the apartment when we moved in. We’ve tried to get rid of them, but nothing works. There are a lot of them, especially in those two rooms, and they’re in the building too, including the gym. We’re tired of dealing with them and nothing helps. I also found a cockroach in my apartment and reported it. Management told me it was only my problem, not theirs. Now I’ve seen one in the building gym as well, so this may be a building-wide pest control issue. Am I supposed to deal with a cockroach in my apartment when it isn’t my fault? When I raised the problem, I was told that pests inside the apartment were mine to handle. I think I’ll have to escalate this to higher Binghatti management.

Getting in and out is awkward because the building sits far from the main exit street, which makes moving things around inconvenient. The kitchen also has very cheap materials, disappointing given the branding, and I noticed a couple of cockroaches. That’s not acceptable for a building of this class. The place is decent in general, but the bathroom plumbing is poor. Waste often doesn’t flush properly and the sink clogs frequently. I expected better quality and service from Binghatti, but it fell short.

The lobby and corridors are beautifully designed, and the apartments have big, smart layouts. The building feels like a five-star hotel. Mr. Awad is the best, always polite and helpful, and I’m grateful for the staff and management team. Pest control and maintenance are done regularly.

We’re lucky to have Mr Awad as our concierge manager. He clearly cares about residents and takes pride in his work. He greets everyone with a warm smile, handles issues promptly and professionally, and goes out of his way to make people feel at home. He keeps things running smoothly and makes the building a welcoming place to live.
