Bloomfields Cozy STU Binghatti Azure

We moved in two months ago and absolutely love it. The pool area is really nice, and we actually prefer having shade there. The gym is well equipped, everything is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Circle Mall is within walking distance, and the view from our balcony is really nice and calm.

The building has a lot going for it, with a modern feel, a good pool and gym, and amenities nearby. I visited my son, who lives in Binghatti Azure, and he’s been without water for more than three weeks because a leak from the apartment above damaged his place. He’s been told not to shower, run the air conditioning, or use any water, since it could make the damage worse. It doesn’t seem like anyone is rushing to fix it. He likes the view and peaceful atmosphere, though I’m not sure that’s what he expected when he rented there. Good thing he’s much more laid back than I am.

Photos don’t quite show what Binghatti Azure is like in person. I was there for another site visit, and this Binghatti project made an impression again. If you’re seriously considering this area, it’s worth seeing for yourself.

The building is nice and well looked after. Management takes care of the cleaning, and there are different options, from studios to one and two bedroom apartments. I’d recommend staying here.
