I came to see a three bed property for sale and was struck by the quality everywhere, inside and around the complex. The apartments are huge with spacious layouts, and the bathrooms were my favorite. Meraas spared no expense; it feels like an exclusive, peaceful place to live, with stunning views all around. The sea view from the infinity pool at Res 1 is gorgeous, and you can even hear birds chirping, which is a big deal lol. More than 200 retail and dining concepts are a five minute walk away, and Caesar’s Palace and Cove beach are right there too. I swear this is the most beautiful waterfront community in Dubai! It used to be a great place to live, but groups of people now cause constant disturbances and spoil the peaceful atmosphere. Security and community management don’t seem willing to enforce the rules, since that would take effort.
