We left because the prices had climbed to almost three times what they were, and I'm not sure I'd recommend it now. Still, we regret moving out. We lived there from 2019 to 2023, among the first residents, when the island was nearly empty, and it was a good time. The apartments are modest in quality and came with plenty of issues to deal with. Getting around and the amenities were big positives. For the first three years, the community felt very international and respectful, but that changed.

Bluewaters is, without a doubt, my favorite neighborhood to stay in across the UAE. The days and nights are both beautiful and full of life, with Ain Dubai, fashion highlights, and fine dining offering lots to do and eat. It feels magical, futuristic, and magnificent. I love this place.

Really cozy and nice, and I'd happily recommend staying here. The person we rented from also let us check out very late, so we could leave our bags while exploring on our final day.

I booked the apartment through bnb homes and was really happy there. It was clean, felt fancy, and had such a nice view.

Had so much fun here. The views are all lovely, and I love blue water.
