I moved out of Apartment 713 in Binghatti Lavender on 30 March and handed over the keys as agreed. The landlord said my security deposit would be returned within a month, but despite repeated reminders, follow-ups, and promises to process it, I still haven’t received anything. I’d advise against renting from this landlord.

My experience with the owner of unit 713, Ismail Khairi, involved a lot of problems. Avoid at all costs.

Apartment 713, owned by Ismail Khairi, is managed very unprofessionally.

For your own sake, stay away from number 306.

The night shift security card has cooperative men.
