The cleaners come quickly when we ask for something, and the place is clean. It's also really close to Dubai's big mall.

Take in Dubai's skyline with a cocktail at the hotel's stylish rooftop bar. It's an opportunity worth enjoying.

Really bad, the system and the worker are both bad.

The pool overlooking Burj Khalifa was a real highlight, and the location made it easy to get to Dubai's main tourist attractions. Our stay at the Hotel was an unforgettable experience. Bobby made us feel welcome and at home as soon as we checked in. When it was time to leave, he was there to see us off and make checkout go smoothly. He was thoughtful and kind, waited for us at the agreed time, helped with our luggage, and even called us a taxi. It was a lovely end to our stay. We're so grateful for the experience and would happily recommend this hotel. We'll definitely be back! Rating: 5/5 stars
