The pool and gym feel far too small for three 33-floor buildings to share. After the buildings filled up, the common areas stopped being well maintained, and parking inside and outside has become a mess. Rents have almost doubled, and the place now feels like a cheap commercial project instead of somewhere peaceful. I moved in as one of the first tenants and loved the quiet and cleanliness. A year ago, I even called it my happy place. That has changed dramatically this year, after nearly two years of living here.

The morning security supervisor is the only one who treats people respectfully. The night security guard who says he’s the supervisor is very rude. I hope the staff get trained to have better manners.

What a beautiful villa community. I wish I could live here with my family, especially since rent is cheaper than in Dubai. We also work as Safe Driveer Service, if anyone needs a safe driver late at night, you can WhatsApp us.

I’ve been here six months, and honestly, I’m ready to leave once my year-long lease is up. With so many people moving through all three towers, the building is always dirty. The garbage rooms are full of open bags, possibly from short-term rental guests, and people don’t keep the place clean. Something is always broken or being maintained in the tiny, dirty gym. I’ve gone home without a workout so many times that I’m thinking about joining a gym elsewhere. There’s also a constant blockage at the parking entrance because people stop in the road for the market. It turns into mini India. Construction noise is relentless, so opening the windows isn’t an option. And walking by the palms means breathing in exhaust from the big buses. It feels unhealthy, and I won’t come back to this part of the city when I’m done.
