After 8 years living in Tower B, I’m unfortunately leaving this year. I’ve seen recent negative comments, but they don’t match my experience: I think this is one of the best towers in Marina. The security team is consistently polite and professional. Their job is keeping us safe, not making everyone happy, and they do it well. The night security guard especially makes me feel secure. When an unfamiliar car tries to park improperly at the entrance, he rushes over to deal with it. That kind of attention and commitment matters. Some unfair online reviews may come from short-term visitors or new residents, and as someone who has lived here a long time, I felt I should share my positive experience. Dear Tower Manager, your guards are doing a great job. Please don’t let the negative comments overshadow their work.

I came to Damac waves today for some work and had a very bad experience with a security guard named Rida. He didn’t listen or guide me, and kept looking at his mobile instead of explaining things properly. He also photographed my wheels and threatened to get me fined. I’m asking management to take action against him.

My boss has decided against buying any more properties in Damac because these ongoing concerns remain unresolved. There are still many complaints about security, but no effective action seems to have followed the feedback. Client viewings are also difficult because the security procedures for accessing apartments are too strict and uncooperative. We’ve encountered personnel who seemed untrained and unprofessional, which makes the experience worse for both clients and agents.
