I was skeptical because of the reviews, but the building looked new and nice, so I thought it might be better than it sounded. I was wrong. Nothing worked on the first day, and problems started right away. Management doesn’t seem to care, and things get left until later. There are leaks and noise, no reception, and the kitchen doesn’t even have drawers. The walls are so thin you hear everything, and mosquitoes show up out of nowhere. One of the worst buildings I’ve lived in. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I’m very happy with my experience renting an apartment here. It’s in a great location, which makes getting around convenient, and the management and staff are friendly and helpful when needed. It’s a great place to live, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a good location in JVC.

The security and maintenance crew have been kind, diligent, and hardworking when helping tenants with problems. Hirmal, the wonderful security guard and day manager, has been great, as have Fabrice, Sakthi, Paul, and the handyman. I lived in the building for a year, and it had problems from the start: only one working elevator, leaking ceilings, and a very narrow parking area. My car scraped the walls, so I ended up parking it on the street for the whole year. The building has a lot of potential, and management could do plenty to improve things for tenants, but sadly that hasn’t happened so far.
