We spent three months here with friends, balancing our projects with plenty of downtime, and the apartment’s character made it an inspiring place to stay. The kitchen is lovely, with a view of the fountain, and you can put music on in the living room or watch TV. I especially liked the single bed by the glass, where I could read, look out at the fountain, or nap. There’s also a large sofa that works as a double bed and a round table for meals or work. The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully set up, with cupboards and bathrooms of your own, books, smart TVs for Netflix, and a projector screen. Smokers have two little balconies with a view. It’s quiet, and the metro, supermarket, cafés, and restaurants are all within walking distance.

The flat was comfortable, though a bit dated and decorated with too many artificial flowers. The location is hard to beat, about a 5 minute walk from Burj Kalifa and 10 minutes from Dubai Mall. There was a small bathroom problem on the last day, but the concierge responded quickly.

Hello emaar management. A delivery boy came to the loft West Tower, and as shown in the video and its caption, the security guard threw the delivery boy’s ID card. That was very disrespectful. Please review the CCTV footage and punish the person responsible. We live in Dubai, a peaceful country, and everyone should treat each other with respect.
