I pay a lot to live here, so the filthy locker room, with beetles in it, is unacceptable. The concierge SHAH told me the sauna didn’t work, but I’d already provided my Emirates ID to access the gym and shouldn’t have needed an appointment. He was in the sauna area during work, in uniform, shaving and watching me undress to use it. This is a space for residents, and his behavior made me feel so uncomfortable that I ended up going back to my flat to shower. He then reprimanded us as if we were doing something wrong, when he was the one who shouldn’t have been there. I find this unbelievable, and think it’s serious that an employee spends work hours shaving and watching residents in a private area. Please check the cameras to see how much time he spent there, even more than I did. Someone should take measures, and I’d like to know who manages the building.

There’s a tram station nearby, so it’s easy to get around Dubai. The apartment was really good, with a nice view and great service. It’s close to the beach and lots of restaurants, and it’s a great place to visit.

The building is very well kept, with 24-hour security and a pool, gym, and spa on site. It’s a great condominium in Dubai Marina, with stunning views.

The gym is basic, but it’s always free to use, and you can get straight to the marina. The apartments are nice, security is good, and the building is in good condition compared with what’s around it. I’ve been in Dubai since 2013, and this is one of the better places to stay. Great location.

Nice views and a good spot for walking around the marina or heading to Ain Dubai. Parking is really tight for big cars.
