Do NOT move into Laguna tower. The staff are rude and seem to get away with everything, and service here, including at Movenpick, is HORRIBLE. You need permits for practically everything, and getting access takes ages. There's no pool or gym access. If you want to use a gym, you have to pay 500 aed for their tiny Movenpick gym.
In JLT, the build quality, location, and general tower upkeep are among the better options. It feels like this tower will still be standing when others start having structural problems.
Security behaves badly here. Not good.
