Burj Nahar Hotel

The room and atmosphere were awful, and the room and bathroom were very dirty. I struggled all night to stay there because of a separate smell and bedbugs. Never choose this hotel.

How can you check someone out while he’s sitting at reception waiting for the receptionist to clear his payment, without even calling him first? The Burjnuhar hotel staff speak badly to guests. One staff member delayed paying the room rent and seemed to think that because we’d been staying for the last week, we would run away. He needs to understand something. Even when we’re sleeping, he keeps disturbing us every time.

I paid a huge amount, but wasn’t happy with the facilities. The room was really small, and it’s an old building. There was no remote for the TV. The bathroom was dirty, the door had no lock, and both the shower and sink were clogged. Tissues, soap, and handwash were provided, but there was no bath towel.
