The location worked really well, with easy access to Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, restaurants, and public transport. I booked Damac Zada Tower through Whitesage Holiday Homes and found their service responsive, professional, and hassle-free. Check-in was smooth, and the team made sure I was comfortable during my stay. The clean, well-maintained apartment was fully furnished and suited a short or long stay in Dubai. I’d recommend it for a holiday home, short-term rental, or serviced apartment in Business Bay, and I’ll choose it again next time.

The apartment is compact, cozy, and attractive, with canal views. It’s fully equipped and furnished with quality appliances and expensive furniture: gas stove and oven, kettle and electric kettle, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, refrigerator and freezer, ironing board and iron, washing machine, hair dryer, smart TV 4K, a large comfortable bed, bedding, towels, and vacuum cleaner. Everything is new. It’s a good fit for someone who values comfort, quality, functionality, and convenience. The building is new and has a gorgeous pool with loungers and umbrellas, a barbecue area with tables and chairs, a gym, sauna, and hammam. There’s also a parking space in the building. Staff are polite, friendly, and ready to help. The location is convenient, within walking distance of the metro, bus stop, shops, pharmacies, cafes, and other amenities. I recommend it.

I was fined for leaving my package outside the door for 15 minutes. Is that really reasonable? The hallway is always dirty, and the building has trouble keeping it clean. The entrance doors stay locked, and despite being promised a key or code, I still haven’t received one after a year, so I can’t get in without security. The parking entrance is always broken, and access to the pool or restroom is blocked unless I call staff. But apparently a 15-minute package fine is fine!…

The best part of the apartment was my landlord, though even he had trouble getting changes made because there seems to be no system. There are several issues with the building. The fire alarm system doesn’t seem operational, yet it is very loud and goes off at odd hours. Security staff turn over frequently, and the supervisor is hard to approach and doesn’t focus on solutions. Traffic is another problem: it can take 20 mins plus just to reach the main road. There are lots of airbnbs, so reception is always busy, and the building gets loud at night when intoxicated tenants arrive. If you’re considering a long-term stay, it may be worth reconsidering.
