We had a fun weekend here as a group of 12. The rooms were nice, staff were accommodating, and the pool has a great view of the Burj Khalifa. It fills up quickly, so arriving early helps if you want a good spot. Breakfast was a highlight too, especially the almond croissant and strawberry yogurt. Marely and Michael were particularly helpful. The coffee tasted a little sour, perhaps because of the beans. I was less comfortable with how the dress code was handled. I understand there may be cultural considerations, but I thought my full-sleeved, long cover-up was modest enough. Mauren wouldn’t let me in, so I had to go back to my room and change. Afterward I saw other guests in more revealing clothes, which was confusing. It would have helped to know the policy beforehand.

Enrick at reception deserves a mention. When my keycard caused a problem, he was alone at the desk, but instead of making me wait, he arranged for someone to cover reception and came up to my floor to open the door. He was patient and kind, even with a busy schedule, and did it with a smile. I really appreciated his concern and understanding. We had a wonderful weekend at Paramount Midtown Hotel. The hotel is really cool, especially the rooftop pool. I hope Enrick succeeds in his chosen path, and that there are more employees who care about guests feeling comfortable and happy. The food had plenty of good choices, the pool was fantastic, and the view was amazing. Our room was great too. The whole birthday stay was such a lovely gift and the location, facilities, and service all made it feel special. Ms. Rose at the front desk welcomed and helped us. The buffet receptionist wished me happy birthday as we were leaving, which made me so happy. Housekeeping was lovely as well, though I’m sorry I forgot both of their names. Thank you, Paramount 🥰

Jonna made a big difference when we ran into a small issue just after arriving. She sorted it out quickly and professionally, and was friendly, attentive, and helpful from the start. We felt welcome and looked after, and her support is a big reason we’d book here again. We’re already planning to return in two months. The room was clean and comfortable, with a breathtaking view over Dubai. The pool area was one of our favorite parts, and the hotel itself is beautiful and well located. We had a wonderful stay at Paramount Hotel Midtown and were very satisfied with the service throughout. Thanks again, Jonna, for your kindness and support.

The staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help, and every interaction felt welcoming and personal. The gym is top-notch, with special credit to Samuel, the trainer. He guided me through the Ramadan Challenge this season, which was fun and motivating. After a workout, the clean, spacious pool area is a great place for a relaxing swim. I had an amazing stay at Paramount Midtown Hotel, especially with the facilities and supportive fitness atmosphere.
