The friendly, helpful security team at Scala Tower makes a real difference, with professional staff available around the clock. The common areas are clean, and the city skyline views are breathtaking. The gym and pool are well maintained, and the amenities cost less than those in some nearby ultra-luxury towers. In Business Bay, the building is minutes from Downtown Dubai, the Dubai Mall and the canal. I like the location and quality of life here, with urban convenience alongside a relaxed residential feel. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I’d recommend Scala Tower to professionals or small families looking for a dependable, happy home.

The building has a nice layout, though it’s quite old compared with the others around it. The pool is covered at the moment. The alarm goes off a lot, so be careful.
