C Central Hotel & Resort The Palm

The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Service was excellent, but the pool, jacuzzi, and beach facilities badly let the stay down. We skipped swimming in the sea because the water was dirty and there were jellyfish. The main pool was overcrowded with children, very loud, and lacked proper supervision or organization. Kids kept throwing balls into the water, making it hard for others to relax. The pool also looked unclean, with tissues and other rubbish floating in it and an unpleasant smell. The jacuzzi was full of insects, which felt unhygienic and unacceptable. There should be better rules and supervision, with children using the designated kids’ pool instead of filling up the main one. The lack of cleanliness and organization ruined our experience, so we booked a pool outside the hotel to enjoy the day. The rooms and service were excellent, but these facilities need significant improvement.

A friendly family hotel tucked among the sprawling resorts on the Palm. All the staff were polite, from reception and the tour ticket and concierge teams to the coffee bar, where they were brilliant chatting with our daughter about all things Lilo and Stitch. Victoria in the restaurant was always kind. Our driver, Mohammad Musawir, gave excellent service and had some great conversations with us about old school Cricketers. We’ll be back!

The rooftop restaurant had great food and an amazing night view of Atlantis and the Marina. They even customized our pizza for our vegetarian preferences, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. The resort made a great impression from check-in, where Hakim explained the amenities and kindly arranged early check-in. Everyone greeted us with a warm smile and the hospitality was top-notch. Our room had a lovely sea view, all the necessary amenities, and beautiful decorations for our special day. The pool was temperature-controlled for the weather, and the beach right beside it made for a calm, relaxing setting. A great choice if you want beach access at Palm Jumeirah.

I really enjoyed staying at C-Centers. The service was very good, and the staff were helpful. Abdul Qadeer helped us a lot and was a great guide, so I especially recommend him. We also had driver Shakeel. Thank you very much.
