The rooms are comfortable, it’s quiet, and the location works well for our workplace, so we’ve returned to Centro Rotana Hotel Al Barsha many times. That’s why our last two nights were such a letdown. There seems to be a service issue whenever we check in. I appreciate that the staff offered compensation and tried to fix things, but we weren’t looking for freebies or special treatment. We just want steady, good service. Most of the receptionists are welcoming and accommodating. One receptionist, though, could have smiled. We already felt bad, and her expression came across as inappropriate manners. I hope management takes this feedback in the spirit intended. We’re sharing it because we’d like the service to improve and match the comfort that keeps bringing us back. The hotel has a lot of potential, and we hope returning guests and future visitors have a better experience.

A very pleasant meal at the restaurant in Centro Barsha Dubai, with excellent service. Sandra, Ashmitha, and Rina were especially kind and professional, and their warm, attentive hospitality made dining there comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks to the whole team. I’ll definitely return. ⭐👏

Ashmitha deserves a special thank you for looking after all my breakfast needs every morning. She was attentive, warm, and went above and beyond, making each day start perfectly. My stay at Hotel Centro was wonderful from the seamless check-in to the excellent amenities. The comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality were consistently top-notch. Ashmitha’s dedication made the stay especially comfortable and memorable. I’ll definitely be back.

We’re still here for a few more days, but I wanted to mention how thoughtful the housekeeping team was. I left them a small handwritten thank-you note and received a lovely surprise in return. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard every morning, and everything feels fresh, spotless, and well cared for. Breakfast is included in our booking and has been excellent, with plenty of choice and many freshly prepared dishes. The location is convenient, too. The team has been warm and professional since the start, always ready to help with a genuine smile, which creates a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. We occasionally hear the mosque, but it’s part of the local atmosphere and hasn’t disturbed us. We’re very happy with our choice and impressed so far.

The buffet at c.taste at Centro Barsha was clean, well organized, and full of fresh, delicious choices that everyone enjoyed. We went for lunch to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the afternoon was fantastic. Sandra, Ankita, and Sohail made us feel welcome and kept everything running smoothly with outstanding hospitality. We’ll be back for sure. Highly recommended!
