Everything was immaculate when I walked in, and the housekeeping team clearly takes pride in its work. The kitchen surfaces were polished, the bathroom spotless, and every corner dust-free. The linens and towels felt crisp and high quality, giving me that fresh-start feeling each morning. Vishal made the stay memorable. His professionalism and warm hospitality were clear from the moment we crossed paths. He handled my requests promptly and was always ready with a friendly greeting. His dedication to guest satisfaction is a real asset to the team.

The chelsea garden appartment feels like home and is a very pleasant place for a stay. The staff are all friendly, and we really appreciated the service, especially from Mrs.Manjuma in the House keeping department. She was always friendly and approached us to ask if we needed any services. Rasam restaurant was also good for breakfast, with authentic kerala food that tasted better than what we get in kerala. Overall, a good stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone coming to dubai for a long stay.

I’d happily stay here again. The service was outstanding, with friendly, professional staff who were always helpful. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, and everything was close by and easy to reach thanks to the perfect location. The price was a little high for my budget, but the quality, comfort, and service made it worth it.

The room was comfortable and clean, and I had a pleasant stay. Manju and the rest of the housekeeping team kept everything neat and tidy throughout. Special thanks to them for maintaining such excellent cleanliness.

Vishal Housekeeping at Chelsea Garden Hotel Apartments gave me a wonderful experience, with service that exceeded what I expected. The team was polite, professional, and very hardworking. Their attention to detail showed throughout the apartment. They thoroughly cleaned the bedroom, living area, and kitchen, and the bathroom was spotless and shining. They also took care of the small things, from dusting and changing the linens to arranging items perfectly.
