I’d think twice before staying here. Room cleaning was delayed, and when I called, they said it would take an hour or two before anyone came. I’m not sure if they’re short-staffed or if that’s just normal. Between the poor service and difficulty communicating, I didn’t feel comfortable, even though I paid for the stay. Just my opinion.

We slept among cockroaches. It was the worst place, and it felt like revenue mattered more to them than their guests. I’d never choose it again, and I’d suggest Agoda remove this kind of property.

The other staff were kind and nice, but my experience with ALAM at reception was awful. My wife and I arrived around 10:00pm to get a room. Each time we asked, he said to wait 10 or 30 minutes, and this happened about six times. We finally got to the room after 4 hours and 20 minutes. I was visiting Dubai and stayed there for 14 days. ALAM was rude to customers, and he was on duty when we came back too. I had 100 in my pocket and told him I’d pay the balance before 11:00 am, but he was still rude and told me to get out of the hotel.

The camel ride was awesome, and the barbecue buffet dinner was delicious. Quad biking was a lot of fun too. The service was amazing, 10/10, fully recommend.

The room feels high quality, even the refrigerator, and the inside decorations are nice. I just wish breakfast and lunch were cheaper, with plenty of fish. The mixed vegetable dish they call fourseason was good, and felt worth it that day.
