Kennedy Towers - Marina Terrace

There’s one African lady in security whose attitude toward lower-paid people, like riders and labourers, isn’t okay. She acts like she’s above them. Very disappointing.

This isn’t a good building for people who have trouble walking. It’s much too high up, and the long walk is exhausting. Delivery isn’t possible because the route is bad.

The security guard isn’t attentive, the lift is very slow, and there’s a bad smell on every floor.

The tower, location, amenities, and view are great, but LOAMS Management made living here a nightmare. I’m very glad to be leaving. The online permit system makes it nearly impossible to get guests, workers, or movers into the building. Some friends have faced a 20-minute interrogation just to get access, and painters have been turned away for not having liability insurance. The problems go on and on. I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my enemies. If you’re still considering it, look through the Marina Terrace Facebook group chat and you’ll probably look elsewhere. You’re welcome.
