There’s a great choice of places to eat, and the food is awesome. Business Bay Square is known as a business hub in downtown Dubai, and it’s easy to find basement parking. It costs 10 AED per hour and is deducted from the Salik account.
Finding a parking space can be difficult. The first hour is free, then it costs 10 dirhams per hour.
I spent 20 minutes circling inside because the parking was completely full, yet they kept letting cars in and still charged me even though I couldn’t find a space.

I came from Australia as a tourist and was really disappointed by how the parking was handled. I spent only about 20 minutes in the building, within the free first hour, but the traffic was so badly managed that it took nearly an hour and a half to get out. They charged me anyway instead of recognizing the time lost in the congestion. It felt completely unfair, and there was little support for tourists.
