Citadines Metro Central Dubai

We were given a larger room at no extra cost, and the front desk team were so helpful. Everyone was friendly and the service was excellent. The stay had that home away from home feeling, and I’d happily come back. Thanks to the whole team, and wishing you all continued success!

The personalized help from Anas at the front desk made my vacation at Citadines Metro Central Dubai feel special. He was friendly, easy to approach, and always ready to answer a question or help with a request. The hotel itself was great too, with spotless rooms, a welcoming feel, and a convenient location. I can’t say enough good things about my stay, and I’d recommend the hotel and its staff.

The rooms were a good size, and having laundry and kitchen amenities made traveling with kids much easier. We also booked breakfast with the room. The menu wasn’t huge, but the food was tasty, came quickly, and made it easy to get the kids fed before heading out. We stayed for a week and had a really good experience. Taxis are easy to find around Dubai, and the metro is handy for rush hour or shorter trips. There’s a bit of a walk to it, which didn’t bother us. The hotel is some distance from the popular spots, but that worked fine for us. We’d come back.

The repeated fire alarms were a real interruption, going off several times during the day and at night. That took away from what was otherwise a very enjoyable stay at Citadines Metro Central Dubai. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout. Being near the metro was convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat and bars nearby. Great location and staff, but the alarm problem was disappointing.
