City Avenue Al Reqqa Hotel

The housekeeping team kept our room fresh, spotless, and in great shape every day. Their consistency really added to the stay. Ms. May was also wonderful, always smiling and ready to help. She was professional, kind, and attentive, and went above and beyond to make things easy for us. We felt well cared for from the moment we arrived. Thanks to everyone for making the stay so nice. I’d gladly return and recommend the hotel.

I’m so grateful to Aziz(security) and Shams (reception) for helping me when I realized I’d left my backpack in the Uber from the airport. Ariz checked the hotel video and confirmed I didn’t have it with me when I arrived. They suggested going back to the airport terminal where I’d picked up the Uber to ask about it. To my amazement, the driver had already reported the backpack to the supervisors, and I had it back within 30 minutes! I travel a lot, and this was the first time I’d forgotten a bag in transit. Hopefully it’s the last. Extremely grateful 💝🙏🙂

Shams made a good stay even better. Whenever I had a question or needed something, he was quick to help, polite, and always smiling. It was clear he cared about making sure I was comfortable. Big thanks to him for all the support! The hotel is conveniently close to public transport, malls, restaurants, and even the airport, so getting around was easy. My room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing.

It was our first time in Dubaï, and everything went really well. My friend and I had our best holidays here. The staff were so kind, helpful, and professional, and the breakfast was excellent. We’ll come back!
