City Nights Holiday Homes - Dreams Studio - Burj Al Nujoom Tower

I booked one night through booking.com, then realized the apartment didn't accept one-night bookings, so I cancelled quickly. The property said the money had been refunded, but 23 days later I still hadn't received it. Their number doesn't go through, and they've ignored my messages. I've been scammed by this property. Very bad and unprofessional. Don't book with them if you want to avoid inconvenience.

The location is the only reason for the stars. The building is terrible, honestly. Cockroaches are everywhere, and pest control in my apartment didn't help because they come from other areas of the building. There's no building service, the pool is small and poorly maintained, and there's no storage room. The staff don't have common sense.

I found the management very poor, and moving out was stressful and extremely disappointing. Communication was slow and unclear, problems weren't handled properly, and responsibility kept getting pushed back to me as the tenant. The move-out process was especially frustrating: unnecessary delays, no transparency, and unreasonable demands that hadn't been clearly explained beforehand. I wouldn't recommend this building, especially if you value YOURSELF and want professional management, clear procedures, and a fair move-out.
