Mr. Nikhil Thakur and Mr. Tanmay made our whole group feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were attentive and professional, and their recommendations helped make the evening special. We’d definitely like to visit again and try more of the menu. Thanks for the thoughtful service and for maintaining such high standards. We’ll recommend this place to friends and family.

My room never cooled below 28°C, despite the engineer saying the air conditioning had been fixed. I contacted the hotel more than five times over two days, but an engineer was sent only once. When I said 28°C was too hot, especially in the UAE where it can be over 50°C outside, staff insisted that temperature was normal and nothing more could be done. I asked repeatedly to change rooms, but they refused even though rooms seemed available and the hotel wasn’t fully booked. With no help, I went to reception and asked for a voucher or credit for the remaining two nights so I could use it another time. They refused that too. Customer service was poor, and room service was slow and unhelpful. The whole stay was frustrating. The rates may be cheap, but low prices shouldn’t mean sacrificing basic comfort and service. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. ⭐☆☆☆☆

Breakfast had plenty of variety, and the coffee from the reception bar was good. It can get busy, but the restaurant staff were always around, trying to keep everyone happy. Hairder and Bunty were professional and dedicated, and they made sure I could get what I needed at breakfast. Good hotel, great location, and well done to the whole team.

Bunty’s friendly, professional, attentive service made my stay more pleasant. The staff overall were welcoming and provided excellent service. I also appreciated the housekeeping team, especially Kelum and Bhadru, for keeping my room spotless and well maintained throughout. Their hard work and attention to detail stood out. I had a very comfortable stay at ibis Hotel Dubai and would recommend it.
