City Stay Premium Hotel Apartments

In Niaf Garden, this is a comfortable, safe hotel apartment with friendly, helpful staff. Housekeeping was efficient and courteous. There are plenty of nearby shops selling all kinds of goods, and prices can be negotiated. At least two dozen restaurants are an easy walk away, with varied cuisines and affordable prices. A definite place to stay if you're new to Dubai.

We spent two weeks here, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping cleaned every day, and the room was always spotless. Parking was the one downside: there is none, and finding a spot nearby is very difficult.

Mr. Bilal was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring whenever we needed help. His kindness made our family's stay more memorable. The rooms were immaculate, the amenities worked well for all of us, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. It was a wonderful experience, and I recommend it to families looking for comfort and top notch service. It is a little expensive, though. I’d appreciate it if the price came down a bit 👌
