The pool and kids' play area are great, and the receptionist and maintenance crew made a good impression on me. It's a very clean, well-kept building, even though it gets a lot of Airbnb use. I had a really pleasant experience.

Security act arrogantly and make residents feel like a nuisance. The building management is completely incompetent, and the Dubai Community call center is painfully slow and clueless. They seem to make every situation worse instead of fixing it. Anyone thinking of moving in or out, consider yourself warned.

There are useful things close by, including a convenience store and pharmacy, and restaurants, shopping malls and Burj Khalifa are only minutes away. For families, especially those with children, or anyone wanting to feel at home, these apartments are a comfortable, cozy and clean option. They have the basics for a convenient stay, from a refrigerator and washing machine to a microwave, plus a gym and parking. The reception staff were helpful when we needed logistical advice. Just remember this is an apartment setup, not a hotel with a full-service front desk. Booking, check-in and check-out are managed online by the office. You need to watch the check-in time and scan and submit your documents yourself through the website link in the receipt. There is also a deposit, usually returned 10 days after checkout. Thanks to the reception team for their help and good service, and to the office staff for helping sort out the deposit when our bank card wasn't working at check-in. We'll definitely come back.

The reception and security teams are very supportive. The apartment itself is lovely and well maintained.
