Silkhaus Marina Star

The high-rise apartments are wonderful, with a marina view, and the building is five minutes from JBR. You can walk there, sunbathe at the beach, eat in the evening, or have a romantic time with someone you love. I highly recommend it. My stay at Condor Marina Star in Dubai was great, especially because the receptionists were so kind and helpful. Madu and her colleague who handled cars and security were responsive and supportive. I especially want to thank Madu. When I needed a taxi early in the morning, she offered to help find a driver to pick me up. Thanks again for all the support and for the professional, warm service from the receptionist named Mandu💝!

We agreed in advance on a late checkout, but I was still charged for one extra hour. That felt unfair and was handled poorly. There is no routine housekeeping for the rooms or apartments, and even basic cleaning costs extra, which is unacceptable for a place marketed for holiday stays. It feels like you're charged for everything. The staff behavior was poor and unprofessional too. One staff member in particular, an Indian lady, was extremely unhelpful and unpleasant. This property doesn't offer the level of service I'd expect in Dubai. If you're planning a holiday and want comfort and proper service, I strongly recommend avoiding it.

This brand new building in Dubai Marina has studios, one and two bedroom apartments, and penthouses. It spent a long time under construction, but owners will finally get their apartments soon. The building has a nice lobby, a swimming pool and gym, and direct access to Dubai Marina Walk. I've posted more about it on my Instagram, @alex_stitsenko.

We were really happy with our room, the view, and the staff. The hotel is well located near the beach and Dubai Marina walk. Recommend!
