4/10
The location made it easy to get around, with the metro station and many attractions close by. Still, the stay wasn't very comfortable. The area was noisy, which may not suit anyone looking for peace, and a room light stayed on constantly even after switching off the bed lamp. That could bother people who need a completely dark room to sleep. The table felt unstable, and despite a kettle being listed among the facilities, there wasn't one in our room. With a slightly higher budget, you may find a more comfortable hotel with better facilities.

The markets stayed open till late. Gold souk metro station is close by, just cross the bridge to the other side.

I arrived at 11:30 pm with my family and a confirmed booking, only to be told there was no room. They also said they had no refund policy and were asking for additional payment. I waited an hour to speak with the manager. It was a very annoying experience with irresponsible management.

The room was filthy, with cockroaches everywhere. I won't stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

There was a cockroach on the floor and on the bed, and there was no room service. Don't book this rubbish hotel.
